• 

  Booking manager

  Provides Studio Bookings, Location Production Bookings, OB Van Bookings, Satellite Bookings, Boardroom Bookings, and Transport Bookings within the program. Permissions are given to those who require them.

• 

  Store Manager

  Provides the requisition of services and hardware items and the tracking of the same with warning alerts when items are overdue. Consumables Inventory and Stock Taking can all be performed, and depreciation values shown for easy accounting.

• 

  Service Manager

  Provides the electronic raising of support tickets to make the work of the Broadcast and IT Engineers more efficient and also reveals the progress of a support issue. It also creates a database for the station. This helps in ISO certification.

• 

  Company Highlights and Events Display

  Provides Digital Signage to monitors throughout the station to:
  – Build the Family feeling with Employee of the month, Birthdays, Goof of the week, Show of the week, Company events.

• 

  Report Calendar

  This module provides reports on Shift Rosters and Handovers so the Studio, Production Department, Engineers, and IT can all see who is on duty and going to be on duty in the future.

• 

  Content Calendar

  This Module shows all the events of note that are happening within the area the Station covers for the coming year. For example, Independence Days, Marathons, and State Visits. This allows the Production Department to plan in advance productions required for these events.
